About the Role

Unisys Corporation is hiring a Client Delivery Executive to lead the global and/or local delivery of services to specific client accounts. You will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreement (SLA), cost, governance, performance, quality, and value requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Global and/or local Delivery of Services provided by Unisys to a particular account or group of accounts.
  • Establish, lead, and maintain tight control of a skilled team of delivery resources for an account to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
  • Manage the statement of work and control risks, scope of work, and budget.
  • Participate in contract and account governance.
  • Establish clear communication channels with the client and internally from a strategic and operational perspective.
  • Participate in regular service performance reviews including monthly Project Status Reviews and conduct periodic meetings with clients and delivery teams.
  • Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost of delivery and service.
  • Achieve approved margin targets on assigned accounts and work to improve account profitability.
  • Monitor and report on the financial health of the account and remedy any financial misses or anomalies.
  • Co-develop annual review of service level requirements.
  • Manage contract scope and any variations and review outcomes of monthly operational reviews with service delivery organizations.
  • Take ownership and accountability for all client issues to satisfactory resolution.
  • Act as the point of escalation for issues not resolvable by the service lines.
  • Provide operational risk management strategies across an account and ensure delivery teams apply these strategies.
  • Participate in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits, business continuity planning, and testing.
  • Participate in all levels of client satisfaction, including contribution to continuous client satisfaction improvement programs and the Continual Service Improvement and Innovation Program (CSIIP).
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on performance to client and Unisys senior executives.
  • Identify areas for growth at the client by assisting account management in bringing new services to offer.
  • Drive service line continuous improvements and challenge the service lines to bring innovative solutions, then present those improvements and innovations regularly to the client.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience, with 1+ years managing a specific area.
  • Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
  • A sound understanding of the major Unisys service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, applications, infrastructure, and data center environments.
  • A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery, and relationship management skills.
