Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for 15 to 25 client accounts. You will be responsible for driving lead generation for local service businesses, monitoring budgets, analyzing performance data, and making strategic optimizations to improve results.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
- Conduct keyword research, expansion, and optimization to improve targeting and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify underperforming metrics, and implement solutions.
- Develop coherent keyword strategies for new accounts.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data to enhance cost per lead, CTR, and overall ROI.
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate results to internal teams.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, PPC best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Experience managing at least 10 accounts at one time.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, bid strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Proficiency in data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for optimization and performance improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Ads experience.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience with lead generation in the home service industry.
