RemoteVA PH is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage and grow our client's real estate advertising. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research to target qualified real estate leads.
- Write compelling ad copy tailored for real estate buyers and sellers.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost efficiency, and lead quality.
- Set up and manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign data to improve results.
- Provide weekly or monthly performance reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and real estate market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Ads tools, analytics, and tracking setup.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain results clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
