In this field-based role, you will focus on educating and inspiring fitting partners, enhancing their knowledge and methodologies to drive growth in the Titleist custom club business.
What You'll Do
- Travel across Southern England to work directly with key fitting partners.
- Empower club fitting partners to deepen their knowledge of Titleist products, tools, and fitting methodologies.
- Collaborate on partner product training timelines, emphasizing superior product performance.
- Support strategic tool distribution across the Titleist fitting network to drive business growth.
- Manage the promotional budget to support the Pyramid of Influence.
- Assist Golf Club Marketing with effective merchandising of fitting products.
- Periodically review the account base through performance reports, growth strategies, and competitor insights.
- Create and deliver advanced training programs for some of the UK & Ireland’s top club fitters.
- Deliver product training sessions confidently to large audiences.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced golf club fitting expertise.
- Demonstrable strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations within the golf industry.
- Strong IT proficiency and excellent administrative skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Ability to present confidently one-on-one or to groups.
- A methodical approach to work.
- A friendly, engaging personality and a genuine passion for educating others about club fitting.
- Comfortable planning trips and spending time away from home.

- PGA professional qualification.
