The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager will play a critical role in shaping how FMC brings innovative crop protection solutions to farmers and distribution partners across East Africa. This position serves as the key link between marketing, technical, and commercial teams, driving product launches, campaigns, and field-level execution.
What You'll Do
- Translate market and customer insights into local go-to-market strategy
- Strategic product portfolio alignment and business cases to address market needs
- Support value proposition initiatives, product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiatives
- Design and deliver training to sales teams, farmers, and distributors
- Develop and adapt impactful sales tools and materials
- Align closely with sales, regulatory and development, and digital teams
- Track performance, gather field feedback, and refine tools and messaging
- Act as a trusted partner to the commercial team, balancing strategic and hands-on support
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Agriculture or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles
- Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Willingness to travel within the region, including field visits and occasional office collaboration

- Crop nutrition knowledge is a plus
