What You'll Do
Own the development of scalable systems that power the entire go-to-market function, from lead generation to customer retention. You'll architect and implement tools that streamline workflows, enhance data visibility, and improve decision-making across sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
Integrate platforms across the GTM tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and build automation solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate performance. Translate real-world business challenges into technical implementations that deliver measurable impact.
Collaborate closely with revenue-facing teams to understand their workflows and design intuitive, data-driven tools. Proactively uncover opportunities for process optimization and analytics enhancements by deeply engaging with how the business operates day-to-day.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM systems, or software engineering with a focus on internal tools
- Proven ability to design and manage CRM integrations and data pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Experience building scalable solutions in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from concept through deployment, with rapid iteration based on user feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in fintech, identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulated B2B sectors
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration or development
- Programming experience in Python or JavaScript
- Hands-on use of Clay Sales Intelligence or similar sales data platforms
- Experience prototyping and deploying AI-powered tools, including LLMs and autonomous agents
- Track record of experimenting quickly: turning ideas into working prototypes and then production systems
