Pratt & Whitney (RTX Corporation) is looking for a Global Trade Jurisdiction and Classification (J/C) Program Readiness Senior Manager. In this role, you will support the oversight of the Global Trade J/C Program infrastructure and its ongoing sustainment. You will lead efforts to develop the program's classifier community, training structure, documentation, governance, and health metrics.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end 'readiness' of the Global Trade (GT) Technology Management (J/C) Program through cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee a team of 3 Direct Reports that support the program's key areas.
- Build and maintain an engaged community of stakeholders and program participants through clarified roles, training, certification requirements, and accessible tools.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training framework to upskill stakeholders, including pre-requisites and J/C accreditation level training requirements.
- Collaborate with GT Program Management Office (PMO) and Subject Matter Experts to create and manage training catalogs, materials, and delivery methods.
- Oversee the integration of training modules into platforms such as Workday Learning.
- Ensure all program-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Standardize documentation processes and templates for consistency.
- Establish and enforce governance standards for all published content within the program.
- Partner with Global Trade and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution of centrally led Technology Management initiatives.
- Act as the central point of contact for all matters related to the program’s readiness and governance.
- Oversee change management plans and coordinate with key SMEs and leads.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancement and process optimization.
- Develop & maintain dashboards that enable visualization of key performance indicators.
- Perform trend analysis to identify gaps or risk areas within the program.
- Provide operational oversight to the team responsible for conducting transactional testing to determine the accuracy of jurisdiction and classification determinations.
- Coordinate / support any internal or external compliance audits.
- Support definition, tracking and completion of any corrective actions.
- Ensure timely flow of necessary program health information to global trade resources.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in program management, compliance, or a similar role; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in program management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of training development, governance frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Workday Learning, Articulate, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Certification in Program or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Global Trade and/or Jurisdiction & Classification knowledge and awareness.
- Undergraduate/Advanced Degree in International business, Project Management, or Legal.
