Spotify is looking for a Global Sr. Manager, Experiential & Content Production to lead our worldwide marketing production efforts. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, creation, and delivery of high-impact experiential and content initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the global production strategy for marketing experiences and content.
- Lead end-to-end production processes, from concept development through final delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple concurrent projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creators.
- Ensure all produced content and experiences meet Spotify's quality and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, content production, or agency leadership.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, global production campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of the music, media, or technology landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make data-informed decisions.
Work Mode
This role is remote-friendly and open to candidates based in New York, NY.
