Jeeves is looking for a Global SDR Manager to lead and develop our US & Canada sales development team. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and building a scalable SDR function in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor the US & Canada SDR team to exceed pipeline generation targets
- Develop and implement scalable SDR processes, playbooks, and training programs
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on goals and strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new SDR talent to support team growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and scaling a high-performing SDR or BDR team
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and conversion targets
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and outbound prospecting methodologies
- Excellent coaching, communication, and data analysis skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
