Jeeves was looking for a Global SDR Manager

Jeeves is looking for a Global SDR Manager to lead and develop our US & Canada sales development team. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and building a scalable SDR function in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor the US & Canada SDR team to exceed pipeline generation targets
  • Develop and implement scalable SDR processes, playbooks, and training programs
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on goals and strategy
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new SDR talent to support team growth

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and scaling a high-performing SDR or BDR team
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and conversion targets
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and outbound prospecting methodologies
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment

Work Mode

This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the United States.
