Qnity Electronics is hiring a Global Procurement PMO Leader

Qnity Electronics is hiring a Global Procurement PMO Leader to be a strategic force in driving our global procurement projects. You will work closely with Category Managers and business teams to elevate project execution through tracking, coaching, development, and the integration of market-leading practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop the Project Management approach for Global Procurement at Qnity.
• Track and drive actions to maximize value through project team interaction and innovation.
• Coach and mentor the project team in developing and driving project objectives, plans, milestones, KPIs, and report outs.
• Monitor Project Portfolio performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with category and business teams to ensure on-time delivery of project objectives.
• Manage critical path, dependency planning, and resource constraint mitigation.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with projects in a timely and effective manner.
• Interface with suppliers related to projects as well as senior leaders within Qnity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Project Management Office processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, chemical industry, project management, or procurement in multinational companies, preferably operating in semiconductor markets.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion to develop and coach team members.
• Ability to effectively work in a matrix structure.
• Previous experience managing a global team.

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• People leadership experience.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

Team & Environment

This role reports to the Global Procurement Planning Leader.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
