CHEP Italia SRL / Brambles is hiring a Global Process Lead - FP&A to spearhead the transformation of our financial planning and analysis function on a global scale. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing standardized processes, advanced systems, and an efficient hub model.
What You'll Do
- Set the global FP&A strategy in collaboration with Business Unit CFOs and FP&A leads.
- Develop and update global-level FP&A processes and policies to enhance standardization and automation.
- Document process maps and controls matrices for global financial procedures.
- Support the implementation, training, and enforcement of new FP&A policies across regional teams.
- Act as the systems owner for key FP&A platforms, including SAP Analytics, managing client relationships and rollout projects.
- Collaborate with Technology Services to prioritize, implement, and test FP&A system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain the FP&A Technology Road Map with a focus on automation.
- Lead the global implementation of the 'Prime Project' (SAP Analytics) and plan its future phases.
- Own the global cash flow forecasting model and drive its deployment across the business.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including activity analysis and standardized process design.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence a wide range of leadership styles.
- Deep technical expertise in FP&A disciplines.
- Credibility and gravitas to engage in strategic, financial, and operational discussions at a senior level.
- A decision-maker mindset, driven by objectives, solutions, and tangible results.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and scenario-plan.
- A comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to see the big picture.
