About the Role

The Global Payroll & HR Systems Manager will lead end-to-end global payroll operations and manage HR systems (HRIS/HCM) for lastminute.com, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and optimization across multiple geographies. This role reports to the Head of Payroll and is based in Chiasso, Switzerland, operating in a hybrid work model.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end global payroll operations for all countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
  • Own and manage all HR Systems (HRIS/HCM) globally, acting as the primary system administrator and continuous improvement driver
  • Lead global HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance)
  • Ensure global payroll and HR systems compliance and security protocols are met
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers and HRIS vendors worldwide
  • Develop and maintain global reporting metrics on payroll, HR data, and systems performance for senior leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for payroll and HR systems configuration and data integrity
