- Support employees through relocation transitions with clear communication
- Track key deadlines and regulatory timelines to prevent status lapses
- Provide guidance on eligibility requirements for work authorizations
- Assist in the development of mobility policies aligned with business needs
- Monitor changes in global immigration regulations and assess impact
- Facilitate internal approvals for international assignments
- Respond to employee inquiries related to visa and relocation timelines
- Prepare government filings and ensure submission accuracy
- Organize onboarding and offboarding steps for mobile employees
- Collaborate with HR teams to align mobility practices with talent goals
- Identify opportunities to improve case management efficiency
- Support audit readiness for immigration-related documentation
