What You'll Do
As the Global HRIS System Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end management of BambooHR across all regions, ensuring the platform evolves with organizational needs. You will configure and maintain core modules including employee records, onboarding, time-off tracking, performance management, and reporting, aligning system functionality with regional and global HR practices.
You will translate business and HR requirements into technical configurations, driving automation and process improvements. This includes managing system upgrades, testing new features, and overseeing deployments. You will lead integration efforts with payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and finance systems, ensuring data flows securely and accurately across platforms.
Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will establish global standards for data governance, system usage, and documentation. You will develop and maintain dashboards and standardized reports, support audit requests, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and local labor laws. Additionally, you will lead HRIS initiatives related to new country expansions, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS with direct system administration
- Proven experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with core HR operations and lifecycle management
- Experience managing integrations and working with third-party vendors
