As the Global Founder Sourcing Lead for India, you’ll drive the identification and engagement of exceptional founders building in healthcare technology. Based in Bengaluru, this role demands strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively across time zones with daily overlap into Eastern Standard Time.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage outreach strategies to discover high-potential founders worldwide who align with our venture-building model.
- Develop and refine automated workflows using AI tools to scale sourcing efficiency and improve response rates.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to test messaging, optimize conversion, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance referral systems and nurture relationships with key ecosystem partners.
- Support evaluation processes for advanced founding teams and contribute to external-facing materials that communicate our value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of experience in fast-moving environments, preferably within healthcare, technology, or startup ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize effectively in ambiguous settings.
- Experience automating tasks using AI platforms such as LLMs, ChatGPT, or AI operating systems.
- Strong written communication and content design skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Fluency in English and comfort working in global, asynchronous teams.
