Pratt & Whitney (RTX Corporation) is looking for a Global Ethics & Compliance Officer at the Associate Director level. This remote role provides critical management support across all aspects of the global ethics program, driving a strategic and proactive approach to foster a values-based culture of compliance across the enterprise. You will serve as the lead for most RTX Corporate functions, reinforcing our values and Code of Conduct.
What You'll Do
- Conduct conflict of interest reviews, including for post-government employment and new hires, for most RTX Corporate employees.
- Triage and respond to RTX Corporate matters received through the RTX Speak Up Helpline.
- Continuously identify and leverage best practices across the enterprise to improve existing processes.
- Recommend and implement enhanced processes for the selection, training, and engagement of the RTX Corporate Ethics & Compliance Officer population.
- Support leadership efforts to champion a culture of ethics, compliance, and integrity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and actively participate in key meetings and events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, performing intake and triage as needed.
- Provide training and communication on the Speak Up program, Code of Conduct, Values, and policies.
- Provide management and oversight for Local Ethics & Compliance Officers and cascade RTX messaging.
- Conduct and support ethics reviews, site assessments, and site visits.
- Conduct post-investigation check-ins to confirm follow-on actions and protect against retaliation.
- Analyze trends, identify risk areas, and plan preventative and responsive actions.
- Travel up to 10%.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
- Proven sound judgment, an approachable nature, and the ability to work in strict confidence with discretion.
- Experience working with leaders to drive an ethics and compliance focused culture.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as the EU Whistleblower Directive and U.S. post-government employment rules.
- Prior experience working within a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Experience collaborating with others and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience guiding and influencing decisions and driving change.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing command media and policy.
- Knowledge of SAP and similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data analytics tools.
- Experience using CORE, SixSigma, or other business process improvement programs.
- Experience setting and drafting policy and procedure documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deliver crisp messaging across the organization.

You will be part of the RTX Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team, reporting to the RTX Global Ethics and Compliance Officer. The role involves close collaboration with RTX Corporate and Business Unit GEC leadership.
