Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and global teams to provide first-class service to leading international private equity groups
- Monitor central inboxes for incoming service requests related to a large portfolio of entities in over 40 jurisdictions
- Engage with global team members, clients, and their legal counsel
- Perform all entity tasks in compliance with service agreements and protocols
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal focus
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Innate drive to consistently achieve excellence, take pride in efficient and precise execution, and proactively suggest improvements to systems and processes
- Self-starter who collaborates well in a team, thrives in a continuous learning environment, and handles deadline pressure effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Aptitude and commitment to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills
