National General (Allstate) is looking for a Global Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and executing high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to align on CI strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and manage strategic projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement reporting automation and standardization frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and value realization assessments to prioritize and validate improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to refine business use cases and optimize resource allocation.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and solve business challenges, advancing CI maturity.
- Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and iterative delivery.
- Drive root cause analysis and critical thinking to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and maintain strong communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights and track performance metrics.
- Utilize domain expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Insurance, with a focus on lender-placed insurance, to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement programs.
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting cost-benefit analyses and root cause analysis.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior leadership.
- Domain expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Insurance, particularly lender-placed insurance.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $104,000.00 - $163,380.00 annually
