Cencora is looking for a Bilingual Associate Program Manager to maintain territory caseworker assignments and manage designated projects, ensuring strict protocol adherence and clear client communications. In this role, you will provide essential support and backup to the Program Manager, contributing to our mission of creating healthier futures.
What You'll Do
- Maintain territory caseworker assignments and designated projects.
- Monitor protocol adherence and manage documentation in electronic and hard case files.
- Ensure database accuracy through verification calls and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
- Participate in client consultations and working sessions, stepping in for the manager as needed.
- Identify training needs and lead refresher training sessions.
- Assist the manager in hiring and training new staff.
- Identify needs for modifications to program databases, protocols, and processes.
- Handle daily and ongoing client project communications and reporting.
- Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units or departments.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology.
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
- Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, multitask, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- RN or RPN license.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Project management experience.
