Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Travel Consultant with Hospitality Experience to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will leverage your hospitality background to provide exceptional service to German-speaking clients, helping them create unforgettable travel experiences.
What You'll Do
- Interact with German-speaking clients via multiple channels to assist with travel inquiries, bookings, and support.
- Utilize hospitality experience to offer personalized advice on travel packages, accommodations, and unique experiences.
- Create tailored travel itineraries that capture clients’ preferences.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay current on travel trends and destination information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or customer service.
- A strong passion for travel and comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle customer issues with effective, timely solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
- Enthusiasm for working remotely while enjoying the culture and lifestyle of Greece.
