ManpowerGroup Greece is hiring a German Speaking Sales Representative to join a remote team supporting a leading telecommunications company. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions and driving sales through a consultative approach.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to accounts and telecom services.
- Deliver effective guidance on new products and enhance service options.
- Build relationships with customers to identify potential needs and qualify their interests.
- Recommend new products and optimize existing contracts with a consultative sales approach.
- Ensure an accurate record of all customer interactions and actions in the database.
What We're Looking For
- Previous working experience in a Sales role.
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
- Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
- Friendly, courteous, and professional communication style.
- Reliable and able to work independently to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales goals.
