SIXT is seeking German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support customers across Germany remotely from Spain. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact during vehicle breakdowns, providing timely assistance via phone and email while coordinating towing, replacement vehicles, and manufacturer notifications.
What You'll Do
- Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone
- Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services)
- Organize replacement vehicles
- Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program
- Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong passion for supporting clients and providing solutions
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Ease using digital systems
- Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work remotely from Spain
