Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Emergency Roadside Customer Service professional to provide crucial support remotely from Greece. You will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers during emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance.
- Evaluate the nature of each emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.
- Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.
- Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
