Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Agent to join our team. You will provide immediate, professional assistance to German-speaking clients facing vehicle emergencies, evaluating situations and coordinating service providers to resolve issues efficiently and compassionately. This is a remote role based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance efficiently.
- Evaluate the situation and provide clear guidance and support to clients experiencing distress.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely dispatch of assistance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and necessary follow-up actions.
- Deliver compassionate and professional service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and protocols related to roadside assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in emergency or assistance roles.
- Keen understanding of automotive services and roadside assistance practices.
