Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer reports of breakdowns and vehicle damage with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate towing services and replacement vehicle arrangements independently
- Route cases to manufacturers when required under the mobility program
- Answer inquiries about breakdown procedures and available mobility solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Rostock team to ensure timely resolutions
What You Bring
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms, including MS Office applications
