Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Speaking Recruiter for an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while receiving comprehensive training to build your recruitment career.

What You'll Do

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions.
Communicate effectively with candidates in German through phone, email, and social media.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Work closely with seasoned recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in tracking systems.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the recruitment process.
Stay informed about recruitment strategies and best practices within the industry.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
No prior experience in recruitment is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with diverse candidates.
A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow your career in this field.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to participate in a mandatory paid training program in Greece for three months.
