Intellect Care is hiring a Behavioral Health Coach based in Qatar to provide telehealth support on our platform. You will join a community working collaboratively to increase mental health access, focusing on helping clients navigate sub-clinical challenges through scheduled video sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients via scheduled video sessions.
- Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting personal or career goals and improving relationships.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
What We’re Looking For
- An active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling.
- Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours.
- Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation.
- Proficiency in both English and the local language.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
Team & Environment
Work collaboratively with an internal clinical team as part of a community dedicated to expanding public access to mental health support.

This is a remote position based in Qatar.
