Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Player Support specialist to join our team. You will provide exceptional online support to German-speaking players within a dynamic gaming community, delivering high-quality email support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining professional communication.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality email support to German-speaking players, addressing inquiries related to account management and gameplay.
- Assist players with troubleshooting issues to enhance their gaming experience by providing detailed and accurate solutions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring players feel valued and understood.
- Document player interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in support processes.
- Stay updated on game features, community trends, and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the support experience for all players.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- A strong passion for gaming and a good understanding of online gaming environments.
- Exceptional written communication skills to provide clear and effective responses.
- Problem-solving abilities to assist players promptly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
