We are seeking German-speaking individuals to provide customer service and support within a multicultural environment in Greece. In this role, you will assist German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring inquiries are addressed and issues resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely support to customers using German as the primary language.
- Resolve client concerns while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Work closely with colleagues and departments to enhance service delivery.
- Record all customer interactions in CRM systems with precision.

- Take on varied support roles as needed, including customer care and hospitality-related functions.
Qualifications
Fluency in spoken and written German is required. Candidates must be open to relocating to Greece, supported by a full relocation package. Strong communication abilities, teamwork, and comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms are essential. A proactive mindset and interest in long-term growth are highly valued.
Proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
