Next Job Abroad is looking for a German-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote, performance-focused freelance position where you will source candidates and manage your own pipeline with a high degree of independence.
What You'll Do
- Source and headhunt German-speaking candidates for roles abroad
- Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
- Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
- Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German at a native or near-native level
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment
- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
- Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad
