Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking Customer Support professional to provide exceptional service to German-speaking clients in the food delivery sector. You will be based in Greece, managing inquiries and resolving issues related to menus, orders, and delivery to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services.
- Respond to inquiries about menus, order statuses, and delivery options in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all interactions and feedback in our CRM system to help improve service delivery.
- Work closely with restaurant partners and delivery teams to coordinate services and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay updated on food delivery trends and offerings to provide informed and helpful guidance to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- A self-motivated individual able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in food delivery and hospitality services, along with a desire to work in a vibrant environment in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sectors, is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
