Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service agent to provide exceptional support to clients of a leading travel company. In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with all aspects of their travel remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Offer detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their travel goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
