Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for streaming services. You will work remotely from Greece, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management, ensuring exceptional service in German.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscription details, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide information on content availability, pricing plans, and service features.
- Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and subscription modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work in collaboration with technical teams to address any technical issues customers may face.
- Stay updated on the latest film and television trends to better assist customers with their viewing preferences.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer proficiency.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience within the streaming or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of English.
