Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the support team for a leading social media platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking users, providing exceptional support and enhancing their experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking users through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to the social media platform, including account setup, troubleshooting, and policy information.
- Handle user complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate users about platform features and updates.
- Document and analyze customer interactions to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes within the social media landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and effectively manage time.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and customer service tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine interest in social media trends and user engagement strategies.
