This remote position in Greece focuses on handling inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services.
- Provide accurate information on product usage, side effects, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous service records.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
