Patrique Mercier Recruitment seeks a proactive German-speaking Customer Service professional to deliver comprehensive support to clients in the Government and Public Sector industry. You will be the key point of contact for German-speaking clients, helping them navigate services and applications.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to government services and public sector initiatives.
- Handle requests and issues promptly while ensuring clients receive accurate and relevant information.
- Assist clients in navigating public service applications and processes, offering guidance where needed.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and facilitate effective solutions.
- Stay informed about changes in government policies and public service offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients, promoting trust and community engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
