Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to support German-speaking clients in the aviation industry. This fully remote role is based in Greece and involves handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exemplary customer service to German-speaking clients in the aviation sector via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flights, reservations, ticketing, and general travel information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Promote loyalty by fostering positive client relationships and understanding customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A genuine passion for travel and the aviation sector.
