Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading online travel agency. This remote position allows you to work from Greece while providing exceptional service to German-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and bookings.
What You'll Do
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to travel arrangements, bookings, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, destinations, and policies to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistent service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the travel team to stay informed about the latest offerings and promotions.
- Promote travel-related products and services while encouraging customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others enjoy their travel experiences.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
