Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clientele. In this fully remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and work collaboratively to ensure a high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with our client systems to provide high-quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently from a (remote) location based in Greece.
