Deckers Brands is hiring a German-speaking Consumer Relations Representative for a 5-month FTC. In this role, you will deliver seamless customer service across our HOKA, UGG, and Teva brands via telephone, email, web chat, and social media. You'll act as a brand advocate and a country specialist for the German market.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
- Act as a country specialist for the German market, advising on current trends and local knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment.
- Use and analyze consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements.
- Get involved with consumer experience projects across the wider business.
- Promote a ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Written and oral fluency in German and English is essential.
- Availability to start on 8 September 2025.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands.
