Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Content Moderator for Social Media Trending Videos to safeguard our client's platform for German-speaking users. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, positive online environment by evaluating trending video content against community standards.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and review trending video content in German to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
- Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take appropriate actions quickly and efficiently.
- Engage with the community by responding to user inquiries and providing support in a friendly manner.
- Document moderation decisions and generate reports on trends in video content and user interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to develop best practices for content moderation.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and regulations affecting content moderation.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective content evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills for positive user engagement and feedback.
