Binance is hiring a Gerente de Projetos Sênior (Senior Project Manager) to lead high-impact initiatives within our Latin American operations. You will be responsible for driving project success from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-priority projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, decisions, and roadblocks clearly to all levels of the organization
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or financial services
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent proficiency in Portuguese and English is required
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar professional certification
- Additional fluency in Spanish
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Brazil, specifically the São Paulo region, and across Latin America.
