Teaching Lab is hiring a Director, Program to lead bilingual English/Spanish English Language Arts (ELA) content strategy and development. This director-level role is central to our mission of providing high-quality, equitable professional learning for educators.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of bilingual English/Spanish ELA program content.
- Establish and drive the strategic vision for bilingual ELA offerings across Teaching Lab’s portfolio.
- Ensure all program content meets high standards for educational efficacy and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale program impact.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level fluency in both English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in writing and curriculum development in both languages.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in ELA curriculum design, instructional leadership, or program management within K-12 education.
- Deep subject matter expertise in bilingual education frameworks and pedagogy.
- Proven ability to lead complex educational projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.
