NICE Ltd. is hiring a Senior Client Services Project Manager

About the Role

NICE Ltd. seeks a Senior Client Services Project Manager to ensure major corporate IT initiatives are organized, structured, defined, and delivered. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications and coordinating across multiple departments to meet specified timeframes.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Develop project plans, diagrams, and communications documents.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Negotiate with other department managers for the allocation of required staff.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management or a technically relevant occupation.
  • Experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS), call recording, or telephony industry.
  • Strong project management skills in planning and coordination for timely delivery.
  • Good understanding of principles, theories, and practices for managing project workload and analysis.
  • Financial and budget competencies.

Nice to Have

  • PMI certification desired.
