Remote Recruitment is looking for a Generalist Recruiter - UK Market to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions with our UK-based clients. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a wide range of industries and sectors.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the SA market working with UK-based clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Strong understanding of various industries and a demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.

- Compensation: R25 000 - R28 000
