The General Manager - LATAM will lead the establishment and growth of Dandy's new entity in Latin America, starting with Mexico. This role is responsible for building Dandy Mexico from the ground up, developing localized strategies, and ensuring sustainable market entry and expansion across LATAM.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy LATAM
- Develop and maintain initial customer base
- Develop and manage the LATAM business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
- Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies
- Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership
- Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the LATAM market
- Represent the company to LATAM government officials, industry associations, and business networks
- Ensure compliance with all LATAM federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy Mexico and expansion in LATAM
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
- Results-oriented with high accountability
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
- Deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
- Understanding of the Latin American business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English required

Work Mode
Local position based in Mexico City with regular travel throughout Latin America and occasional travel to other Dandy sites.
