Company is hiring a General Manager for our Gonzales location to lead a team and manage all aspects of store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a profitable business plan, ensuring your store meets key performance metrics, and driving sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze results, identify opportunities, and make decisions to drive key performance indicators.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
- Manage the store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
- Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
- Be accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
- Teach and train to build capabilities within the team.
- Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
- Create an inclusive environment for employees and customers.
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties.
- Represent the brand and understand the competitive landscape.
- Promote community involvement.
- Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
- Ability to deliver results and drive store performance.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as required.
