Brambles Holdings (UK) Limited / CHEP is hiring a Disruptive Innovation Manager to drive breakthrough, future-focused innovations aligned with our strategic growth. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end venture development process, from concept to scale, and build key partnerships to accelerate our impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive the identification, prototyping, and scaling of breakthrough innovations aligned with business growth scenarios.
- Oversee the end-to-end venture development process, ensuring progress through defined stages from concept to post-launch review.
- Conduct market exploration and opportunity scouting, leveraging networks of startups, academia, and industry partners.
- Build and manage partnerships across various models, including incubations, alliances, and venture investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop robust business cases for new ventures and support their presentation to senior leadership.
- Define and track KPIs for innovation projects, evaluate outcomes, and refine processes.
- Identify and assess external investment opportunities, applying valuation methods and performance metrics.
- Promote innovation across the organisation through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
