JLL is hiring a Senior Director, Sourcing to play a critical leadership role within a major financial services client account. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-year category strategies and annual sourcing plans for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), driving sustainable value and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee development and execution of multi-year category strategies and annual sourcing plans for IFM within the account.
- Actively manage the sourcing plan, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategies to achieve goals.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls, identifying and sharing opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure all sourcing technology tools are fully leveraged across the account.
- Partner closely with operations teams to support standardized RFP, bidding, and contracting processes.
- Develop and maintain analytical methods for tracking savings, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Create and lead a high-performing, integrated IFM sourcing team committed to operational excellence.
- Manage, coach, and support the career development of team members.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and beyond your direct reports.
- Lead client meetings and strategy sessions, maintaining strong relationships within the client and account team.
- Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders like Corporate Legal and Risk Management.
- Continually manage and assess suppliers through a formal supplier performance management program.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
- Proven people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25% or one week per month).
- Ability to work remotely from a home office and on-site at client locations as needed.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in facilities services sourcing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
- MBA.
- CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification.
- E-procurement experience, preferably with Jaggaer.

Work Mode
