LUV Car Wash is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of site operations. You will be responsible for building and developing your team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining site safety and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop all teammates.
- Create a culture of accountability for operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation, and training for all new hires.
- Provide ongoing development, coaching, and counseling to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.
- Partner with HR on disciplinary issues, investigations, and terminations.
- Partner with the District Manager to drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing.
- Partner with the District Manager on budget planning and forecasting.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries in a timely, pleasant manner.
- Review payroll reporting and approve payroll information for all employees on time.
- Complete all necessary operational checklists to standard and by deadlines.
- Ensure teammates use prescribed sales scripts and guide-on procedures.
- Ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with all regulatory, local, state, and federal laws.
- Create genuine customer connections and foster relationships to build membership sales.
- Create weekly schedules and manage site labor to company standards.
- Walk the site throughout shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and service-standard operations.
- Handle all customer issues and complaints.
- Partner with Facilities to ensure equipment is properly maintained, safely operated, and serviced promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Nice to Have
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Management experience in restaurants or hospitality.
- Experience in the car wash or automotive industry.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the District Manager and lead the site team at your location.
